Hey, friends!
If you have any ripe bananas on your counter that are too mushy to eat, this recipe is for you! I’ve been making so much banana bread lately with all different flavors & twists and brownie has been my family’s favorite so far. (So if you bake it and don’t like it, you can’t blame me 😂)
So simple and easy to make, but also fudgy and delicious!
It’s only 1/3 cup honey/maple syrup & chocolate chips so if you’re trying to eat healthier or less sugar, this is great. You could also do less or possibly none at all – I haven’t experimented yet, though, so no promises.
Inspo for this recipe was from Good Food Good Run on Instagram so if you want other healthy & easy recipes, go check it out!! But anyway, here’s the recipe (:
Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted (or butter)

- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp baking power

- 1/2 – 1 cup chocolate chips
