I hope you’re having a beautiful Friday! Lately, I’ve seen a lot of these lists going around the blogosphere, and because of the hard season my family is in, it seems like a good time to share some things I’m thankful for and some random photos from this month!

- visiting the garden at golden hour
- spending time in my beautiful bedroom
- my birthday being only a few weeks away
- fun & cute summer dresses
- hard and long but good runs
- swimming with my cousins
- pura vida bracelets
- staying up late talking with my family
- sunny summer mornings
- doing photoshoots for people
- playing soccer in our un-finished basement (it lacks a roof. ;)) with my besties
- g0ing on wild and chaotic Ranger rides
- iced peppermint tea
- dinner with my grandparents
- youth group
- getting up early to spend time with Jesus
- Bible journaling
- watercolors & pretty handlettering
- launching my business
- Culvers with friends
- lake michigan trip with my family
- photo prints & a new pegboard for my room
- bringing my mom breakfast in bed
- hugs
- seeing all of the flowers Mom planted
- sunsets on the way home
- fresh air (after all the smoke from the wildfires in Canada, fresh air is so lovely!)
- our AC being put back in and after not having it since May (so thankful for this one! Fans can only do so much.)
- watching church league softball games with friends
- seeing the work for our addition being completed (our basement has walls and a floor, our garage has walls, and the floor will be poured soon; then the real building will start. Everything should be completely finished by Thanksgiving at the latest, and we are SO excited!)
- babysitting for my cousins
- chocolate shakes
- staying up late and doing face masks and re-watching When Calls the Heart with my sister
- my Grandpa’s life <3
- God answering prayers <3

Sorry for your loss May you be comforted by the special times and memories you shared with him.
Right now the air conditioner is on in the dining room. Later the bedroom will be put on. That is the best thing about summer. Fresh fruit and the beautiful variety of flowers that come with Summer.
