a happy list // volume 11

hey, friends!

this month has honestly been kinda stressful & exhausting which means it’s the perfect time for a happy list. here are some little pieces from my life lately that have made me so happy <3

• pink clouds
• birthday lunch for my grandma <3
• getting an espresso machine!! (my birthday experience from my parents, this is the one we have)
• latte art hearts
• winter sunsets
• my younger siblings reading my favorite books
• new skis
• sleepovers with my cousin
• reading good books (ones i’ve read lately: the sound of light by sarah sundin, embers in the london sky by sarah sundin, the metropolitan affair by jocelyn greene, and troubling a star by madeleine l’engle)
• watching new when calls the heart episodes & homemade pizza every week
• ski days
• painting pottery with my mom and sister
• finding new favorite songs & artists (been listening to a lot of josh garrels and eliza king lately)
• quiet & slow mornings
• chilly walks
• orange poppi’s
• watching the winter olympics
• marine bio (my favorite class ever)
• baking & yapping with one of my friends
• a short cozy winter trip with my aunt & cousins (lots of hallmark movies, reading, and just spending time with each other)
• peppermint tea
• night skiing for the first time in yearsss (i had skiing/things related to skiing 6 times on this list until i went through & edited it. it’s makes me so happy haha)
• flowers from my parents on valentines day <3
• bible study with girls at my church
• watching the little mermaid & eating way too many dubai chocolate strawberries with my sister & friends on valentines day
• fools spring
• my funny little sister (my new favorite thing she does is saying “the end” at the end of prayers instead of amen haha)
• psalm 23 <3
